Last week, news of sexy singer Ivy being blackmailed by her ex-boyfriend with a sex video shocked the nation and had almost everyone taking part in solving the ‘who did what to who’ mystery. It seems everyone has said something about the case except for Ivy herself.
Things have gone downhill between the singer and ex-boyfriend Yoo Gi Ahn since her song Sonata of Temptation was released and within months, Yoo caught Ivy kissing another man who he only referred to as H. According to Yoo, he reacted just like any heart broken man would. That includes a broken windshield, smashed cellphone, a couple of threats and some money demands. But was he really after the money?
“If I wanted money I wouldn’t act like this,” he told Chosun during a recent interview. “I want a sincere apology from her. Especially to my mother who have treated her like a real daughter, she’s very hurt.”
Reports claim that he asked for money to get rid of a couple of tattoos he have dedicated for Ivy, one that reads “I am a man of Jesus and the man of Eunhye Park (Ivy’s real name)”. Yoo said he wanted to erase her from his memories. As for the alleged “sex tape”, Yoo insist on keeping a tight lip on that subject.
So how did Wheesung get into the picture? Well, apart from the H, it was the couple ring that gave it away. Last month, the singer revealed on Park Jun Hyung’s FM Inkigayo how broken hearted he was when he found out that his celebrity ex-girlfriend was cheating on him. “She told me the ring on her thumb was a present from her mom but then I found out that it was in fact a couple ring,” he revealed. “When I found out, I wanted to die.”
As for Ivy, the birthday girl (she turns 26 today) decided to deal with the case as quietly as possible, meaning we wont be hearing much from her anytime soon. But she should really come out already, people are believing netizens assumptions and news sites who are desperate for information are starting to get it from them. Her silence is making things a lot worse.
